Biking - Spanish Fk Trail (Intro Clinic)

Itinerary:

Meet Lehi - 8 am (Emily's 1482 W 300 S)

Springville - 8:30 am (Marilyn's 433 N 700 W)

Trailhead - 9 am Bike  - 915-11am

Directions: Trailhead is at Spanish Oaks Golf Course in Spanish Fork. Southwest corner of lower parking lot.

Activity: Bike - Spanish Fork River Trail, follows the river from Golf Course to Sports Complex park. - 12.1 mi out n back.

Gear: Bike, helmet, biking pants/shorts/yoga pants, synthetic T-shirt, long sleeve synthetic top, light waterproof jacket, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, camelback or regular back pack with waist belt, 1-2 Liters water bottles or in a bladder in a small backpack, 3-4 snacks, first aid kit, running shoes/biking shoes

Rentals: Road Bike - $30/day (UVU Outdoor Adventure Center), $35/day (BYU Outdoors Unlmtd) Helmet - $4/day (BYU Outdoors Ulmtd); $3/day (UVU Outdoor Adventure Center)
