Hiking - Rock Canyon (Beginner)

Itinerary:

Trailhead - 8:00 am

Hike - 8:30 am - 11:30 am

Home - 12:00 pm

Directions: Rock Canyon Trailhead , Provo

Activity: Rock Canyon is a 5.7 mi out and back trail up a rocky canyon with beautiful views and bridge crossings. All Trails Trip Report

Gear: Hiking pants, synthetic T-shirt, long sleeve synthetic top, long sleeve fleece, light waterproof jacket, thin gloves, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, camelback or regular back pack with waist belt, 1-2 Liters water, 3-4 snacks, first aid kit, hiking boots/running shoes, trekking poles (optional).
