Indoor Rock Climbing - Momentum, Sandy (Intermediate)

Itinerary:

Carpooling - 530 pm

Meet at Momentum, Sandy - 6 pm

Climbing - 6:15-8 pm

Directions: Momentum, Sandy

Cost: $25 for a day pass, $10 to rent climbing shoes, harness, belay device at Momentum

Activity: 

We will meet in the parking lot outside momentum before and go over:intros gear check how to belay 1-2-3-4 commands: on belay, climbing, take, lower how to lower: Hand over hand. (no instruction can be given in the gym or we get kicked out)

We will warm up on 5.6 to 5.9 routes.  Then climb 5.9 and 5.10s. Climb for about 90-120 minutes.

Note - Must have a momentum top rope belay certification card to display on your harness (take their learn to belay class on your own or pass off same day with day pass for FREE if you know what you are doing)

Gear: climbing shoes (can rent), climbing harness (can rent), belay device (ATC, Gri Gri, Click up, etc) with carabiner, chalk ball in bag, stretchy pants, t-shirt/long sleeve shirt, 1 L water, belay gloves (optional), helmet (optional)
