Itinerary:

Day 1 - Drive 9-10 hr to Phoenix area (book hotel on your own)

Day 2 - Drive 3 hr to border and 1 hr to Puerto Penasco, Mexico (hotel through Mt Mamas)

Beach Time

Free Excursions - Mini golf, pools

Excursions - Parasailing, Horseback riding on beach, ATV rides on dunes, Boat Cruise to Bird Island/Kayak with Sealions

Day 3 - Excursions - see above

Sunset boat cruise

Day 4 - Excursions - see above

Drive 4 hr to Phoenix area (hotel on your own)

Day 5 - Drive 9-10 hr Home

Cost: $500-800 (depending on excursions) includes estimated cost for gas and hotel split with others, shared hotel in Mexico, food on own

Details:

15 hr drive from Utah County. We will be staying around Phoenix on the way down.

We will caravan across the border.

We will be staying at Las Palmas Resort gated, secure resort in condos by the beach. Shared rooms/beds/couches. 

Potlucking meals and food on your own. Eat at Pollos Lucas, Ice Cream, Shop at local shops, Walmart & Sam's Club.
