Mt Biking - Lambert Park (Intro Clinic)

*This is a lottery event. You will be notified on March 15th if you got in. If you are on the waiting list, you will be notified as spots open up.

Itinerary:

Carpooling - 7 am

Trailhead - 8 am

Bike - 815-1030 am

Directions: Lambert Park Rodeo Grounds, Alpine

Activity: Mountain Bike Lambert Park area. Tons of great easy rides!!!

Gear: Mt Bike with Front Suspension (hard tail), helmet, thin T-shirt, thin long-sleeve shirt, shorts or yoga pants, running shoes, elbow and knee pads (optional but encouraged), bike repair kit and hand pump (optional but encouraged), 1-2 L water or 2 water bottles, 3-4 snacks, small backpack, sunscreen, sunglasses, biking gloves

*BEGINNERS - wear pants, biking gloves, and knee/elbow pads for less abrasions from falls
