Paddleboarding - Echo Reservoir (Guide Conf - Training)

Itinerary -

3 pm - Meet/Safety Chat

3:30 - 5 pm - Practice Techniques and Rescue

Directions - Echo Reservoir, Henefer

Activity-

Paddleboarding Echo Reservoir - Put out from southeast beach into reservoir

Guide Skills - Paddling: Forward stroke, back stroke, side stroke, sweeper stroke

Rescue: Tow paddleboards, person rescue, paddleboard rescue

Gear - thin T-shirt, thin long-sleeve shirt, rain jacket, shorts or hiking pants, swimming suit, running shoes or sandals, 1-2 L water in water bottle, 2-4 snacks, dry bag, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, first aid kit, Life jacket (will provide), paddleboard (can rent)
