Road Biking - Murdock Trail, Utah County (Beginner) CANCELED

Itinerary: 23 miles total

Trailhead - 10 am (Provo River parkway Trailhead)

10:15 am- 12:00 pm: Full bike route

Drive:  Provo River Parkway Trailhead, Orem

Activities:

Road Bike Murdock Trail (Provo River Parkway to Highland Glen and back): 11.5 miles one way. Start at Provo River Parkway and follow paved trail north to Highland Glen Park. 

Gear: Road bike, helmet, bike shoes/running shoes, bike shorts/shorts/leggings, bike shirt/synthetic athletic shirt, 2 waterbottles, bike repair kit (patches, 3 bike levers, spare tube, pump)

Rentals: Road Bike ($35 BYU Outdoors Unlimited, $30 UVU Outdoor Adventure Center)

Helmet ($4 BYU Outdoors Unlimited, $3 UVU Outdoor Adventure Center)
