Itinerary:
Trailhead - 9 am
Ride - 9:15 am - 11:30 am
Shuttle Back - 11:30 am
Drive: Vivan Park, Provo Canyon
Activity:
Road Bike Provo River Trail- Start at Vivan Park and bike downhill to Utah Lake. Will take a shuttle back up canyon after.
Gear: Bike (can be any type), helmet, bike shoes/running shoes, bike shorts/shorts/leggings, bike shirt/synthetic athletic shirt, 2 waterbottles, bike repair kit (patches, 3 bike levers, spare tube, pump)
Rentals: Road Bike ($35 BYU Outdoors Unlimited, $30 UVU Outdoor Adventure Center)
