Trailhead - 8 am
Run - 8-9am
Directions: Three Falls, Alpine
Activities:
Trail Run Three Falls - out and back trail - 2-3 miles, distance dependant on the group. All Trails Trip Report
Gear: Trail running shoes, t shirt, shorts, light long sleeve shirt, water bottle, sunscreen, hat (optional), sunglasses
