Winter Retreat - St. George Resort Adventure

Excited! You are invited! Mt Mamas Winter Retreat Jan 26-28.   This trip always has a waiting list every year and fills up fast!   Huge  St. George resort house,hot tub, heated private pool, private pickle  ball court, movie & game room, rappelling @ Dixie Rock, Snow shoe @  Cedar Breaks, yoga, e-bike @ Snow Canyon & more!  

 Cost:  $88-108/person!, (depending which bed you choose).  That Includes resort, house, bed, amenities, and activities. (Covers 2 night, 3 day stay at airbnb), non-refundable (but we can help you use our waiting list to contact women to take your spot if needed. You do on your own: E-bike rental, Carpool gas & own food (we will potluck some meals) and gear rental if needed. Lead guides will instruct  and train you for free. First timers & beginners welcome. Fun outdoor play on the cheap with awesome women. 

 **To  secure your spot though, you can get ahead of the game and Venmo @mtmamas $88 deposit and comment your name, phone # and “Winter Retreat”. Tell  your friends, before it fills up.

FRIDAY, Jan. 26:

Carpools Meet and Drive- 

 7:15 am Salt Lake 

7:30am Lehi

 8:00am Springville 

11:30am - 12:30 pm lunch (on your own)  

12:30pm Trailhead above Brianhead ski resort,

12:30 - 2:30 pm Easy Snowshoe near Cedar Breaks (1 hr in, 1 hr back). Marilyn lead guide.  

2:30 - 4:00 pm Drive to St. George Airbnb

4:00 pm Check-in starts 

5:30 pm Dinner Potluck (sign up sheet) 

7:30 pm Mt Mamas 2024 + 2023 video

8:30pm hot tub, pool, games  

SATURDAY, Jan. 27:

7:30 am Yoga 

8:30 - 9:30 am Breakfast Potluck (sign up sheet)

*St. George Fun Ideas:  Hike: Lava Tubes, Candy Cliffs, Red Reef Trail. Shopping, Dinosaur Discovery at Johnson Farm, Brigham Young House, RELAX, EAT, Anything your heart desires.
