Youth Hike - Dripping Rock

*This is part of the Youth Summer Hikes Program running April-Sept. Open to all ages! We may cap the trip at 20 for safety, depending on the trip. Parents MUST attend with youth. Every youth is $5/mo or $20/summer. Venmo @mtmamas with youth name and age.

Itinerary

Trailhead - 9:00 am

Hike - 9:15am - 11:00 am

Directions - Dripping Rock Trailhead, Spanish Fork

Activity - Hiking Dripping Rock Trail - 0.7 mile Out and back paved trail along a stream with overhanging banks and dripping water. NOTE - there have been instances of overhang collapse, so be carefull around dripping water. We usually hike to the bridge and back but you can go further. Trail Report. 

Gear - Hiking pants/shorts, synthetic T-shirt, long sleeve synthetic top, long sleeve fleece, light waterproof jacket, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, backpack, 1 Liters water, 2-4 snacks, first aid kit, hiking boots/running shoes, whistle (for youth)
