Youth Hike - Jungle Trail

*This is part of the Youth Summer Hikes Program running April-Sept. Open to all ages! We may cap the trip at 20 for safety, depending on the trip. Parents MUST attend with youth. Every youth is $5/mo or $20/summer. Venmo @mtmamas with youth name and age.

Itinerary

Trailhead - 9:00 am

Hike - 9:15am - 11:00 am

Directions -  Carolina Hills Trailhead, Corner Cyn, Draper

Activity - Hiking Jungle Trail - 1 mile round trip out and back dirt trail follows dirt road up to trail and then the trail goes downhill and ends. DO NOT try to complete it as a loop as it gets very confusing. Just head back up the trail and follow the dirt road back. Trail Report. 

Gear - Hiking pants/shorts, synthetic T-shirt, long sleeve synthetic top, long sleeve fleece, light waterproof jacket, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, backpack, 1 Liters water, 2-4 snacks, first aid kit, hiking boots/running shoes, whistle (for youth)
