Emily Hacken
President
As a Co-Founder and President, Emily brings strong leadership and a passion to empower women through adventure. With a background in outdoor leadership, environmental education and nursing, she guides the board with a focus on inclusion, adventure, and mission-driven impact. She is a Certified Outdoor Guide through the University of Wyoming, completed countless advanced trainings in rafting, rock climbing, canyoneering, and caving and is a Wilderness First Responder.
Emily also serves as the Education Director, where she spearheads program development and advancing outdoor education with our volunteer Trip Leaders. She oversees annual skills and leadership trainings and access to activity specific certification courses with community collaborators.

Carrie Mikell
Treasurer
Carrie oversees the financial health, vision and sustainability of the organization. With a background in financial planning and her meticulous eye for detail, she ensures that all fiscal operations align with our mission and meet regulatory standards.

Erin Pyne
Gear Director
Erin manages the sourcing, maintenance, and allocation of all gear. Her role ensures that all program areas have the tools they need to succeed and that equipment is safe, accessible, and well-maintained.

Marilyn Boucher
President-Elect
As President-Elect, Marilyn works with the Board of Directors to ensure effective programming that touches “The One (woman)”. As Co-Founder, she has served over 10 yrs with a focus of putting women first. She is a Certified Outdoor Guide through the University of Wyoming, River Rafting Guide and Wilderness First Responder. She has a deep passion for mental health through outdoor adventure. Starting 2025, she has collaborated with corporate sponsors to incorporate mental health components as part of outdoor education programming.
Marilyn also oversees Marketing and Public Relations. She brings a strategic mindset and deep dedication to the organization’s vision. Her proactive involvement drives the organization to be financially accessible and welcoming to all who identify as female, 18-80+yrs old.

Erica Splattstoesser
Secretary
Erica is responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing board communications, and ensuring transparency in all official proceedings. Her organizational skills and commitment to integrity help keep the board informed and efficient. She works tirelessly organizing and disseminating information on all trips, retreats, and trainings for all our members and volunteers. She also onboards new members and facilitates communication about events.

Jessica Felt
Technology Director
Jessica leads the charge in digital transformation and technology infrastructure. She ensures that our systems are secure, up-to-date, and optimized to support our programs and communications.
