Itinerary:
Trailhead - 5 am
Hike - 5-8 am
Directions: Primrose Overlook via Horse FlatTrailhead , American Fk Cyn (Parking is limited going early to get a spot is advised)
Cost: $6 day use fee or free with National Parks Pass
