Itinerary:
Thursday
8 am - Drive to Page,AZ (drive 5 1/2 hr)
optional excursions - Parawan Gap, Red hollow slot cyn, Toadstool Hoodoos
3pm - Check into Lake Powell Resort : https://www.lakepowell.com/lodging/lake-powell-resort/
5pm - Dinner
7-8 pm - Sunset at Glen Cyn dam
Friday
7:00 am - Mountain Yoga
8:00 am - 1pm - Kayak Lower Antelope Cyn (morning group)
8:15 - 11:15 am - Upper Antelope Cyn Tour (can take several groups in one hour slots)
1-2 pm - lunch
2-7 pm - Kayak Lower Antelope cyn (afternoon group)
6 pm - dinner
7-8 pm - sunset at Horseshoe Bend SP
Saturday
8 am - 1pm - Kayaking Lone Rock (morning group)
10-2pm - beach party at Lone Rock beach
1pm - lunch
2-7pm - Kayaking Lone Rock (afternoon group)
8-10 pm - Pool Party
Sunday
6 am - sunrise Page View Trail
10-11 am - check out

Cost:
Resort Lodging: $177/person. 3 nights, 4 days, peak season. All are Deluxe View Rooms featuring postcard views of Lake Powell, including Wahweap Bay, Lone Rock and Castle Rock. Our 300 sq. ft. room is loaded with upscale amenities and chairs out on the patio to enjoy Lake Powell's breathtaking sunset views.Shared queen bed. Your own food, carpool gas. Bring a kayak or paddleboard. Can rent or borrow, we will share what we can.
Gear: Synthetic t-shirt & long sleeve, yoga pants, fleece, rain jacket, socks, hiking shoes, sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses, pjs, coat, gloves, hat, swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, sleeping bag, pad, tent (will share), pillow, flashlight, sleeping aids, medications, ear plugs, toiletries, 3L water, snacks, kayaks or paddleboards with life jackets (if not renting in town)
