Itinerary:
9-11:30 am - Review ski techniques and uphill technique
Drive: In front of Alf Engen Ski School, Upper Parking Area, Alta Ski Resort
Activity:
Cross Country Skiing Clinic - 2 miles total. Start at Ski School. Discuss sizing skiis and putting on poles. Demo double poling, diagonal stride, and gliding. Walk down to top of cross country area. Demo wedge downhill technique. Ski down. Demo herringbone, side-stepping uphill techniques.
