Mt Biking - Little Valley Trail 4/19/22

Perfect beginner Mt Biking trail for anyone


Drive: Draper, Corner Canyon - Trailhead - Potato Hill Trailhead


Activity:

Mountain Bike Little Valley Trail - The main Little Valley trail is only 0.7 miles in length, joining to Ann's Trail at both ends. Because it starts a short distance from the Potato Hill Trailhead on Traverse Ridge Road, it's possible to ride the trail as a short lariat loop of only 1.4 miles. Or ride a simple loop from the Little Valley trailhead. Just go to the uphill trail kiosk (where you enter the downhill trails) and you'll find the Little Valley trail there.


Gear: Mt Bike with Front Suspension (hard tail) (can rent), helmet (can rent), thin T-shirt, thin long-sleeve shirt, shorts or yoga pants, running shoes, elbow and knee pads (optional but encouraged), bike repair kit and hand pump (optional but encouraged), 1-2 L water or 2 water bottles, 3-4 snacks, small backpack, sunscreen, sunglasses, biking gloves. *BEGINNERS - wear pants, biking gloves, and knee/elbow pads for less abrasions from falls

Itinerary:

Trailhead (Potato Hill) - 5pm

Ride - 530-7pm

Home around 8pm
