Lesson - 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Play Time - 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Directions: Harvey Park, Pleasant Grove

Activity: Pickleball - 2 hours of play and instruction under the full moon. The women had a great time. We talked at first about bringing positive energy to the courts. Then did some drills and games. Women also learned how to rotate courts with other groups when it got crowded.

Gear: T-shirt, running shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, waterbottle, snacks, pickleball racket and balls
