Road Biking - Spanish Fork 4/22/23

Itinerary:

8:00 am - Meet and Carpool

9:00 am - Trailhead

9:15 am - 11:00 am - Bike

Directions: Spanish Oaks Golf Course, Spanish Fork. Southwest corner of lower parking lot.

Activity: Bike - Spanish Fork River Trail, follows the river from Golf Course to Sports Complex park. - 12.1 mi out n back.

Gear: Bike, helmet, biking pants/shorts/yoga pants, synthetic T-shirt, long sleeve synthetic top, light waterproof jacket, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, camelback or regular back pack with waist belt, 1-2 Liters water bottles or in a bladder in a small backpack, 3-4 snacks, first aid kit, running shoes/biking shoes
