6:30 am - Carpooling

7:00 am - Trailhead

7:15 am - 9:00 am - Run

Drive: Grove Creek Canyon Trailhead, Pleasant Grove

Activity: Trail Run Grove Creek Trail - 3 mile out and back following the Bonneville shoreline trail from Grove Creek parking lot south to Battlecreek Cyn parking lot and up to Battlecreek Falls. One moderate hill going southbound. Dirt trails.

Gear: Trail running shoes, synthetic leggings, light long sleeve shirt, light jacket, gloves, hat, water
