Activity: Hiking Alien Tower - 2.5 mile out-and-back trail that is considered a moderately challenging route. It's a popular trail and usually takes about 1.5 hours to complete. Morning in the summer has some shade. Also a great place for Horned Lizards if you know how to find them :). Drinking fountain, bathroom and benches at main parking area. Moderately steep going up with some sections of rocky and loose gravel trail. Not much cover for "bathroom breaks". All Trails Trip Report
