9-11 am - Hike to falls and back

Directions: Battlecreek Falls Trailhead, Pleasant Grove

Activity:

Hike Battlecreek Falls - 0.6 miles one way to Battlecreek Falls. Perfect shorty for dogs. Trip Report Make sure to bring poop bag and leash for your dog.

Other Easy Dog Hikes

Gear: Hiking pants, long sleeve fleece, light waterproof jacket, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, camelback or regular back pack, 1 Liters water, 3-4 snacks, boots/shoes, leash, poop bags, microspikes (if icy)

Winter Paw Protection Recommedations:

Wire whisk for doodles - whisk off snow bunches

Paw Balm - Protect Paws from ice, salt, sharp rocks on trail (I use this in place of booties).

If your dog will wear booties, I like these ones.
