This trail leads you through a narrow canyon, that eventually connects with the Great Western Trail. Along the way you’ll have an amazing view of South Mt. Timpanogos, and pass two waterfalls (which you can't hike to easily)
Directions: Grove Creek Canyon Trailhead, Pleasant Grove Utah
Activity:
Hike Grove Creek Canyon Falls - 5.3 mi moderate out and back. Rocky trail with some exposure. Stream crossings with 4 waterfalls. Followed Grove Creek and Battle Creek Loop Trail starting at Grove Creek Canyon Parking lot. Ended hike at the wooden bridge across creek ~ 2.7 mi. up and then turned around. Trail Report.
Gear: Hiking pants, synthetic T-shirt, long sleeve synthetic top, long sleeve fleece, light waterproof jacket, thin gloves, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, camelback or regular back pack with waist belt, 2-4 Liters water, 4-6 snacks, first aid kit, hiking boots/running shoes, trekking poles (optional).
