Non-stop valley views. Trail begins at south end of Squaw Peak Viewpoint and follows the west side of the mountain overlooking Utah Valley. Oak, aspen trees and a workout hike as ascending Buffalo is steep.
Directions- *Note trailhead is NOT the same trailhead as hiking to Squaw Peak. Instead, google "Squaw Peak Viewpoint". Go up Provo Canyon 4.1 mi, first road on your right (Squaw Peak Rd).). Turn right 0.3 mi. onto Forest Rd 199. Squaw Peak Viewpoint/Overlook.
Hike Squaw Peak Overlook (Wonder Woman Peak) to Buffalo Peak - 4.7 mile out and back trail located near Provo, Utah that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. *Note trailhead is NOT the same trailhead as hiking to Squaw Peak.
