Beautiful scenic hike in the south of Utah County.

Itinerary:

Carpooling - 8:30 am

Trailhead - 9:00 am

Hike - 9:15 am - 11:15 am

Home - 12:00 pm

Directions: Woodland Hills Switchbacks Trailhead, Deep Forest Circle, Woodland Hills

Activity: Hiking Woodland Hills Switchbacks - 2.8 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Salem, Utah. Moderately steep dirt trail with many switchbacks but great views. All Trails Trip Report

Gear: Hiking pants, synthetic T-shirt, long sleeve synthetic top, fleece, light waterproof jacket(optional), hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, gloves, camelback or regular back pack with waist belt, 2 Liter water, 1-2 snacks, first aid kit, hiking boots/running shoes, trekking poles (optional but good if have knee or ankle issues), ice cleats (optional depending on weather)
