Itinerary:

*UPDATED Note: If you already know how to belay, you might want to arrive a little early to pass it off with gym staff and be ready to go.

Meet at Momentum - 10:00 am

Climbing Instruction and Climbing - 10:15 am - 12:00 pm

Directions: Momentum Indoor Climbing Sandy

Cost: $25 for a day pass; $10 to rent climbing shoes, harness, belay device at Momentum

Ladies night is on Mondays 6:30 pm - close. Only $10!

Activity: Climbing instruction and technique tips, belay review - PBUS (Pull, Break, Under, Slide)

WAIVER: Please go online and sign Momentum waiver before the trip.

Tips:

• Leave valuables in your car, open cubby storage for belongs

• Must have momentum top rope belay certification card to display on your harness

• No climbing shoes in bathrooms
