Mt Youth - Hiking - Battlecreek Falls, Lindon 6/10/26

Itinerary:

10-12:30 pm - Hike

Directions: Battlecreek Falls Trailhead, Pleasant Grove

Activity: Hiking Battlecreek Falls - 1.6 mile round trip. Rocky trail and becomes gradually more steep. Great half-way break at the spillway on the left. Trail then becomes more narrow, crosses a bridge and then just 100 ft steepest part of the trail. Take turnoff to the right to go down to the falls. WARNING - you can take the trail above the falls - the rock is very loose so stay close to the cliff walls. People like to climb on the cliffs below the falls. Beware the rock is VERY loose and unstable. Water can get high during spring runoff. We tell kids to stay off the far wall and don't go under the waterfall due to rocks that OFTEN fall from above.  All Trails Trip Report
