Itinerary:

Trailhead - 8 am

8:15 am - 10 am: Full bike route

Drive: Provo River Parkway Trailhead, Provo Canyon

Activity:

Road Bike Provo River Trail- Start at Provo River Parkway and bike to Vivian Park and back (12 miles)

Gear: Road bike, helmet, bike shoes/running shoes, bike shorts/shorts/leggings, bike shirt/synthetic athletic shirt, 2 waterbottles, bike repair kit (patches, 3 bike levers, spare tube, pump)
