Hiking - Rock Canyon 6/1/21

Rock Canyon is a uphill rocky canyon with beautiful cliffs on all sides.

Directions: Rock Canyon Trail Parking Lot, Provo. Canyon behind Provo MTC Temple. Trailhead

Activity: Rock Canyon is a 5.7 mi out and back trail up a rocky canyon with beautiful views. You can go up as far as you like.

Gear: Hiking pants, synthetic T-shirt, long sleeve synthetic top, long sleeve fleece, light waterproof jacket, thin gloves, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, camelback or regular back pack with waist belt, 1-2 Liters water, 3-4 snacks, first aid kit, hiking boots/running shoes, trekking poles (optional).
