Activity:
Hike/Snowshoe Silver Lake Trail - 0.9 miles around Silver Lake starting at the Nordic
Center. In the summer it is about 1/2 on boardwalk with fishing boat docks. Watch
for alternate trails in the winter and summer that can take you off into the woods.
When snowshoeing stay to the left trails if going counterclockwise and the right if
you are going clockwise around the lake (in the winter the lake may be covered in
snow and appear as a giant meadow). We also explored the Cabin Loop which was easy. You can wander all over if you want to extend the length. Trail Map
