River is super low, please wear water shoes in case we need to pull kayaks through any sand bars. New put in is easy to launch from. Double bridge area is fairly calm, can still portage around if nervous. Pull-out area done one at a time with dragging kayak up slope (or use 2 people).

Cell Reception - patchy

4- Road Biking - South Fork/Provo River Trail/Murdock Canal Trail - 20 miles - free

Sign at Vivian Park states closed for avalanche danger, but it is open and snow free.

Bathrooms - no

Cell Reception - yes

Tip: trailer can be used as a changing station at Big Springs

Gear:

1- Skis or snowboard, boots, poles, helmet, goggles, gloves, snow pants, ski jacket, layers

2- Kayaks: I have enough for people to borrow + lifejackets & paddles, please bring water shoes, sunscreen, clothes that can get wet, towel

3&4- Bikes: front OR full-suspension mountain bike, PLUS a road bike, helmet, sunglasses, tube patch kit, dry clothes, bike shorts/pants, shoes & socks to change into after kayaking

Food:

-Breakfast: eat on your own before activity begins

-Lunch: bring to Sundance or purchase at resort

-Dinner: Invite your family to welcome you across the "finish line" with your favorite meal to celebrate at Highland Glen Park (pavilion to be selected later)

-Snacks & water: bring plenty of these to have throughout the day, think of ways to carry it - water bottle for kayaks vs backpack bladder or on bike water bottles, snacks that are high energy but easy on the gut, and easy to prep with minimal garbage.

NOTE: your best options for buying food would be at Sundance, the Chevron at the base of Provo Canyon. Most of the road ride is through residential areas.
