Itinerary:

2-330 pm - Hike to Lake Agnes

330-430 pm - Have a snack at the Lake Agnes teahouse

430-530- Checkout the view of Lake Louise from Little Beehive

530-630pm - Hike back to Lake Louise

Directions: Lake Agnes Teahouse Trailhead, Lake Louise

Getting to Lake Louise - Drive - park in Lake Louise parking lot (MUST get there early unless you

have a handicap tag. $12.25 parking pass -

bought at parking area kiosks - can use debit/credit card)

Park at Lake Louise Park and Ride - take shuttle up

reservations for shuttle

ROAM bus shuttle from Banff to Lake Louise (1 hr / $25 with Super Pass

- if you want to get to Lake Moraine as well)

Activity:

Hiking Lake Agnes - 4.6 miles round trip to lake. Beautiful waterfalls and some stairs/steep trail. Lake Agnes tea house is a great place for a snack - very crowded in summer and need Canadian cash only). Trip Report Dogs Allowed

Hiking to Little Beehive - 1additional mile total out and back to great views over Lake Louise. Trip Report Dogs Allowed

Gear: T-shirt, long sleeve fleece, light waterproof jacket, hiking pants/shorts, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, camelback or regular back pack, 1-2 Liters water, 3-4 snacks, hiking shoes/boots.
