Activity:

Hiking Devils Garden - 7.9 mi loop. Devils Garden is a popular, challenging hike at the northern end of the park. The trail offers incredible views of unique arches, including Landscape Arch, which is one of the longest natural spans in the world. The trailhead is at the end of the main road through the park. There is a large parking area, but during busy weekends it can be difficult to find parking. The mapped route on this page traverses the area counter-clockwise, with many side trips to the various arches. You can skip the side trips to lessen the distance or difficulty level. The main trail through Devils Garden is well maintained and wide. Some of the side trips require scrambling, and are not good for children or those afraid of heights. The counter-clockwise route visits the following arches in this order: Tunnel Arch, Pine Tree Arch, Private Arch, Dark Angel Arch, Double O Arch, Partition Arch, Navajo Arch, and finally Landscape Arch.
