Mt Biking - Corner Cyn, Ann's Trail 5/15/21

A fantastic single track dirt trail for beginners with amazing views. Great for youth up to beginner adults.





Drive: Draper, Corner Canyon - Lower Trailhead - Potato Hill Trailhead; Upper Trailhead - Peak View Trailhead (take Canyon Point Trail off Suncrest Rd all the way to the trailhead - Google Maps will NOT take you the right way)

Activities:

Mountain Bike Ann's Trail - Ann's trail is 10+ miles total. The top 2.5 miles offer a great beginner ride. 5 miles out and back. Start at Potato Hill trailhead and head up to Peak View Trailhead. Dirt single track with some loose rock and exposure. More wooded at the top. Ann's Point about 1/4 of the way up is great for photos. For a nice beginner version, you can set it up as a shuttle and go from Peak View to Potato Hill.


Gear: Mt Bike with Front Suspension (hard tail) (can rent), helmet (can rent), thin T-shirt, thin long-sleeve shirt, shorts or yoga pants, running shoes, elbow and knee pads (optional but encouraged), bike repair kit and hand pump (optional but encouraged), 1-2 L water or 2 water bottles, 3-4 snacks, small backpack, sunscreen, sunglasses, biking gloves. *BEGINNERS - wear pants, biking gloves, and knee/elbow pads for less abrasions from falls
