Mt Biking - Little Valley, Draper 5/8/25

Sample Itinerary:

Trailhead - 10:00 am

Instruction and Bike - 10:15 am - 11:45 am


Directions: Little Valley Trailhead in Draper, Little Valley Trailhead. Enter straight into Instructional Trails. Alternate route - park at Potato Hill trail head then take Ann's trail south to Little Valley Loop, then to the Instructional Trails. 


Activity: Mountain bike Little Valley Loop and Instructional Trails. Trails are perfect for beginners, even kids. Several loops in advancing skill. Utah Mt Biking Trip Report


Tips:

  • Trail C has a couple of bridges with a bigger drop off after the bridge to warn riders about.

  • Trail D is longer than the map shows, it may actually be the longest route.

  • Great place for beginners!  Can also ride some of Ann’s trail close by if you want to explore some more.

 

Gear: Mt Bike with Front Suspension (hard tail), helmet, thin T-shirt, thin long-sleeve shirt, shorts or yoga pants, running shoes, elbow and knee pads (optional but encouraged), bike repair kit and hand pump (optional but encouraged), 1-2 L water or 2 water bottles, 3-4 snacks, small backpack, sunscreen, sunglasses, biking gloves


*BEGINNERS - wear pants, biking gloves, and knee/elbow pads for less abrasions from falls
