Activity: Self Defense skills (taught by Candace Wilson and assisted by Marilyn and Kurtt Boucher) Learn simple but effective physical moves that could save your life and keep you safe. Highly applicable easy to learn techniques - we encourage you after the class to go home and teach your loved ones. We have taught this course several times and are open to catering the course to the needs/skill level of participants. If you have taken this course from us before, we will be reviewing physical moves, but also building on them.
Gear: comfortable pants and shirt, sweatshirt, shoes, hair tied back, 1L water bottle,
(Intermediate class please bring a yoga mat)
Tips: Put painters tape on anyones pre-existing injuries
