Canoeing - Mantua Reservoir 6/21/25

Itinerary -

Carpooling - (1 1/2 - 2 hr drive) - 8 am

Put in - 10 am

Canoe - 10 - 12 pm

Drive home - 1230-2pm

Directions - Put in/take out - put in is a sandy beach and a cement ramp on the south west side of the reservoir. You can also put in on the north east side as well with a dock.

Cost: est $25 canoe rental and gas (we will bring canoes/life jackets/paddles)

Activity -

Canoe Manua Reservoir - Paddle the reservoir! We did the whole length and back in 2 hours with casual paddling. Beautiful views. Warm water.

Gear - Thin T-shirt, thin long-sleeve shirt, fleece, rain jacket, shorts or hiking pants, running shoes or sandals, swimming suit, 2 L water bottles, snacks, small backpack/drybag, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, first aid kit. (Canoe, paddles, life jackets are provided)

Rent - Poyntbreak Rentals, Eagle Mt - $180 for 8 canoes and a trailer/day
