Itinerary:

Carpool - 8:30 am

Trailhead - 9:00 am

Ride - 9:15 am - 11:30 am

Shuttle Back - 11:30 am

Home - 12:00 pm

Drive: Canyon Glen Park, Provo Canyon

Activity: Road Bike Provo River Trail - Start at Canyon Glen Park and bike downhill to Utah Lake. Will take a shuttle back up canyon after.

Gear: Bike (can be any type), helmet, bike shoes/running shoes, bike shorts/shorts/leggings, bike shirt/synthetic athletic shirt, 2 waterbottles, bike repair kit (patches, 3 bike levers, spare tube, pump)
