Itinerary: 22 miles total

Trailhead - 8am (Palisades Park, Orem)

8 am - 10 am: Full bike route

Drive: I-15, east 800 N Orem exit, left Palisades Park before Provo canyon. Trailhead

Activities:

Road Bike Murdock Trail (Palisades Park to Highland Glen and back): 11 miles one way. Start at Palisades Park and follow paved trail north to Highland Glen Park and back.

Gear: Road bike, helmet, bike shoes/running shoes, bike shorts/shorts/leggings, bike shirt/synthetic athletic shirt, 2 waterbottles, bike repair kit (patches, 3 bike levers, spare tube, pump)
